The company is a leading North American manufacturer of bath and kitchen products, and a world leader in manufacturing and installing air conditioning systems. We were engaged to facilitate the documentation, assessment and testing of the financial controls in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).

The key tasks were to assist the financial management in their facilities thorough out the US, Canada and Mexico in the documentation, assessment and redesign of their financial control processes. More than 35 facilities were assisted with Gap remediation as a result of the study.
