The company was in the process of selecting a site for its new production facility. They asked us to assist in identifying and ranking those communities, and sites within those communities, that are suitable for the construction of a new production facility.

We assisted them in defining company objectives, prioritizing critical location factors, collecting operating data, developing a logistical optimization model, contacting state and local representatives to evaluate incentive opportunities, developing and ranking model scenarios and assessing tax implications. The end result was that they successfully selected a new site in line with corporate strategy and to meet measurable objectives.
