The company wanted to develop a strategic plan for their corporation. They needed a solid business plan to prepare for a strategic direction and to develop a process for a focused, detailed planning approach.

We developed a detailed custom approach for them to develop a strategic plan for the corporation and subsequently for all their divisions. We facilitated the development of the corporate plan with the company stakeholders and sequentially developed a separate plan for each of the operating divisions that supported the corporate plan. An approach was developed to manage the implementation of each division plan. Annual updates to the divisional plans were successfully conducted.
