This joint venture was developed in 1989 and is owned by a University, Utility and a City. The Technology Park was created to provided vision, philosophy, and direction and to facilitate interaction between business, government and industry. The Venture wanted to make an informed and collective decision about the future direction of the technology park and to develop a business plan.

We were asked to conduct a high level strategic assessment and to facilitate a strategic planning session. Tasks included interviewing technology park partners and associates key personnel and to identify the strategic issues and dynamics of the partnership team. The interviews laid the groundwork for the facilitation session to document strategic actions for the future.
