The agency is the regional planning agency serving a major metropolitan area and providing essential services to the region. The Council works with local communities to provide these critical services.
The agency wanted to engage professional services to support the re-engineering of their Business Processes. The objectives of these services were to provide support and assistance in coordinating ongoing re-engineering efforts, launch, facilitate re-engineering efforts, and assist in the leadership/facilitation of the division’s newly formed Process Re-engineering and renewal Team.
We trained and facilitated the leadership and re-engineering team in the following: To define the re-engineering framework, to identify customer and determine needs and wants, to map the processes, to measure current process performance/ benchmark best-in-class, to redesign processes, and to develop an implementation plan.
