The company is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and conducts business in more than 120 countries. They wanted to develop a consistent strategic planning process for Environmental along with a strategic plan and performance metrics. We were also asked to facilitate the development and documentation of a Product Development Protocol process.

We were asked to assist by coordinating direction-setting, strategic planning workshops with environmental leaders. The goals of these workshops were to develop key performance indicators, identify goal owners, and prioritize and refine strategies to prepare a strategic plan along with detailed action plans for Environmental.
