The Arsenal produces stores and demilitarizes conventional ammunition. They asked us to assist the arsenal conduct an A-76 competitive sourcing study. We assisted them develop a proposal for a “most efficient organization” that competes with bids from the private sector.

We assisted the arsenal team to conduct a streamlined enterprise review, calculate the cost of how they currently do business and compare this to an estimated private sector cost by soliciting cost proposals from outside contractors in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
